I learned at a young age that ambition is nothing without a strong work ethic to back it up. My father immigrated to the United States by himself as a teenager to create a better life himself and his family back in Haiti. He provided for his family through his strong work ethic, dedication, and tenacious ambition. He was able to build a successful insurance/tax agency and procure investment properties. He inspired me to create a better life for my family and myself.

I started my marketing and sales career working and organizing philanthropy events with individuals such as a Mario Lopez and Jimbo Fisher (Former FSU Coach). I worked in the radio industry with iHeart Radio. There I gained experience handling B2B accounts and was later promoted to the creative writing department. I gained experience with VO (Voice Over). After college, I worked with the Department of Children and Families as the Security and Background Specialist. The following three years, I managed and trained individuals at multiple health clubs around the Tallahassee area. At last, I realized my passion for marketing and sales. I love that marketing provides a fun, team-oriented, and interactive working environment. I was looking for an opportunity like this. I heard of this industry before, and I've always been an entrepreneur so to see this growth structure and the clients list made it exciting.

The biggest obstacle I faced was trying to juggle two projects at once. The lesson I learned is you need to put all your eggs into one basket and put all of your focus into being successful, one project at a time. My advice for new people starting is to toss all doubts aside, go to success stories. Listen to people who are doing what you want to do. For example, if your goal is to be a baker then listen to the best baker you can find. Don't go to the butcher.

I'm proud of the phenomenal reps that have been making impacts in my office. The best is yet to come. I am looking forward to more proud moments and team promotions. My biggest goal is to expand Jacksonville with every client we have to offer in the area and build an apartment complex on some existing land I own.

Life has always moved fast for me—like an F1 car. Maybe it’s because I’ve always loved cars, or maybe it’s because I wanted more for myself at a young age. As the oldest of three, I’ve always had to set the pace and be the right example.
I graduated high school a whole year early simply because I knew I could—and because I was ready to move faster than the world expected. I joined this industry because, unlike a 9–5, there’s no speed limit.
My goal is to continue moving at the speed of light and grow my portfolio of businesses and assets. My dream vacation is to take my entire family to every country—all in the same year.
To everyone reading this: if you can think it, you can believe it. And if you can believe it, you can achieve it.

Joel Cotto
Recruiting & Training Manager
I'm Joel Cotto, a globetrotter with a passion for languages, golf, and engineering. My journey has taken me across six countries and allowed me to explore the wonders of ten more, all while fluently conversing in five languages and aiming to master three more.

My educational pursuits have been equally diverse, earning a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, as well as Associate degrees in Business and Golf Course Management. My professional journey has seen me excel in both civil engineering, with six years of project engineering under my belt, and the world of golf, where I honed my skills as a semi-pro golfer for five fulfilling years.

Looking ahead, my short-term ambitions include ascending to a management position while spearheading a charitable campaign with my team. I'm also focused on saving $50,000 by the end of the upcoming summer and acquiring an Italian passport to broaden my horizons further.

In the long run, I aim to expand my investment portfolio by acquiring two additional properties, fulfill my dream of owning a 30-foot sailboat for future charter ventures, and embark on an exploration of over 20 countries. Additionally, I aspire to oversee the full restoration of my family's countryside home in Catalonia, Spain, adding another chapter to our family's legacy.

When I'm not chasing my professional aspirations, you'll likely find me indulging in my diverse array of hobbies and interests. From perfecting my swing on the golf course to casting lines in saltwater fishing adventures, diving into the depths of the ocean, or even racing through the exhilarating world of F1, I relish every moment of adventure. I'm also deeply passionate about boating and sailing, tinkering with import cars and motorcycles, and even delving into the realm of gaming and game development.
With a heart full of ambition and a spirit eager for new challenges, I eagerly anticipate the adventures that lie ahead, both personally and professionally.

Marta Estrada
Recruiting & Training Manager
Hola! I’m Marta Estrada—the oldest daughter of first-generation immigrant parents, born and raised in Columbia, SC. My journey has been shaped by self-improvement, confidence, and caring for others—qualities that have molded me into the young professional I am today.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong work ethic through customer service roles, supervising at a cinema, and other labor-intensive jobs. These experiences taught me responsibility, leadership, and the value of perseverance.
From a young age, I watched my father sacrifice his time and energy to provide for our family—his dedication, resilience, and hard work are my biggest inspirations. My goal is to give back to him while pursuing my dream of becoming a gynecologist and being the first millionaire in my family. I plan to open multiple practices across the country—and eventually, the world—while also supporting my relatives’ businesses.
I’m proud to be bilingual—it’s given me both challenges and opportunities. From moments where people didn’t understand me, to times where language allowed for deep, meaningful conversations, being bilingual has been a superpower. It’s also helped me lead teams early in my career. (And yes—learning Italian, French, and Russian is definitely on my bucket list!)

Born in Islip, New York, and raised between Fort Lauderdale and Riverview—a small town outside Tampa, Florida—I come from humble beginnings. My parents immigrated from a small town in Guatemala to the United States in search of greater opportunities for themselves and their children.
Growing up, I watched them juggle multiple jobs—whether it was working two at once or driving cross-country in an 18-wheeler—to make ends meet. Spanish was my first language, and as the youngest in the family, I was always taught that nothing in life would be handed to me—everything had to be earned.
With that mindset, I learned English by watching Saturday morning cartoons and ’90s pop culture reruns, reading captions while in elementary school. As a teenager, I had the chance to travel with my father as he hauled freight across 40 of the 48 continental states. Those road trips opened my eyes to just how big the world is—and how much is truly possible.
After high school, I joined the U.S. Army and served as a 92Y—Unit Supply Specialist. There, I learned discipline, structure, and the importance of health and fitness. I worked alongside combat units like the Infantry and Cavalry Scouts in several countries. When my contract ended, I chose to chase my passions rather than settle for job security.
I pursued a career in health and fitness, earning my certification as a Personal Trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise—all while working at a Top 40 radio station in Tampa. I loved the energy—free concerts, celebrity meet-and-greets—but I knew my purpose was bigger. I wanted to make a real impact.
During the pandemic, the idea of starting a nonprofit gym took root. I didn’t know how to scale it—until I discovered this industry. Since then, I’ve been chasing the American Dream with everything I’ve got.

Ever since I was young, I’ve been determined to win. I understood early on that success means nothing without execution and dedication. Coming from a small town in South Carolina—Saint Matthews—I never wanted to adopt the so-called “small town” mentality. A typical 9–5 job was never the goal. I’ve always wanted to create my own legacy and leave a lasting impact on the people around me.
Entrepreneurship always interested me, so while I was in college, I started my own clothing brand—Baggboy$ Clothing**. Seeing it gain some success gave me confidence in my ability to turn nothing into something. To me, life is about using what you have and never settling for what you don’t.
After graduating from South Carolina State University, I knew I wanted a career that would challenge me daily, help me grow as a man, and push me mentally and emotionally. My biggest goal is to retire my mother. I also plan to branch out beyond clothing into real estate and eventually launch my own investment firm.
In my downtime, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my family. My dream vacation is to sail the world like Ferdinand Magellan—and my top destination is Egypt, where I hope to see the pyramids in person.
The key to my heart? Food. A good plate of macaroni and cheese with fried chicken always gets the job done.
One thing I’ve learned in life is this: satisfaction is temporary. You have to constantly push yourself, aim higher, and go above and beyond. Because just like respect—everything in life is earned, not given.
