Originally from Wytheville, Virginia, a small town in the Appalachian Mountains, I am a proud first-generation college graduate. My background has fueled my drive to stay dedicated, disciplined, and focused on achieving my goals while serving as an example for those around me.
I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Presbyterian College, graduating in just three years with cum laude honors. During my time at PC, I was a Division I wrestler and an active musician, performing as a percussionist in the jazz band, wind ensemble, and percussion ensemble. I also worked within the Department of Music, supporting its administrative operations and events.
What has always defined me is a passion for inspiring and developing people. From an early age, I knew I wanted to encourage others to reach their full potential, and that drive has carried into my career. As a Recruiting and Training Manager, I thrive on surrounding myself with motivated individuals who are seeking opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally. I believe in creating an environment where people can challenge themselves, discover their strengths, and build meaningful success.
Whether through athletics, music, or leadership, my purpose has remained the same: to help people grow into the best version of themselves and to set a standard of hard work, resilience, and impact.
