Training Manager
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team. As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that support the growth and development of our employees. Your role will involve working closely with our HR and departmental leaders to identify training needs, create training plans, and measure the success of our programs.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs that support the needs of our employees and business goals

Work with HR and departmental leaders to identify training needs and create training plans

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver effective training content

Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Evaluate and select external training resources, as needed

Manage and track training budgets and expenses
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in training and development

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training program design

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
