Leadership Training Program Manager
We are seeking a Leadership Training Program Manager to develop and implement our company's leadership development program. As the program manager, you will design and deliver a comprehensive training program for current and future leaders, including coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training opportunities. You will work closely with our HR team and departmental leaders to identify the skills and competencies required for effective leadership and create a development plan that aligns with our business strategy.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a leadership training program that supports the growth and development of our current and future leaders

Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to identify the skills and competencies required for effective leadership

Create and deliver training content, including coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training opportunities

Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement

Manage the budget and resources for the program

Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants in the program

Develop and maintain relationships with external training resources and industry experts
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

5+ years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management

Strong understanding of leadership development principles and program design

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
