We are seeking a Leadership Training Program Manager to develop and implement our company's leadership development program. As the program manager, you will design and deliver a comprehensive training program for current and future leaders, including coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training opportunities. You will work closely with our HR team and departmental leaders to identify the skills and competencies required for effective leadership and create a development plan that aligns with our business strategy.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement a leadership training program that supports the growth and development of our current and future leaders

• Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to identify the skills and competencies required for effective leadership

• Create and deliver training content, including coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training opportunities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement

• Manage the budget and resources for the program

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants in the program

• Develop and maintain relationships with external training resources and industry experts
   

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management

• Strong understanding of leadership development principles and program design

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
